Cops racing in Cali

I would love to go do this hear(St.Louis,Mo). Seen on the news that the cops took it to the tracks and race anyone who Wanted to race.. Seems like a good way to let them no that them are some slow a-- cars.. R to U guys who all ways wanted to out run the cops this will be a very way to do it and not have to run.. Ha :)
