I mean its probably worth 20K, but realistically he'll probably get 16K, maybe 17K

I wouldn't pay more than 17K, I paid 16.5 for mine 5 years ago, it had 27,000 miles on it

Values of low production cars are very subjective and no guide book NADA, Edmunds, Kelly Blue or the lil black book, does low volume production cars justice....

If you are going to keep it forever, what $4k (its alot to me btw, so I understand)? If you are trying to lowball a cherry car, so you can brag in a few months what a deal you got, well then, you may miss it all together, as when you see a car like this you should not hesitate, if that is what you have been wanting......

Not pretending to know your intentions, just trying to get ya off the sidelines if this is what you have been looking for.

depends on it's condition? always garaged? well maintained? original wheels/tires? more

. . .left outside? faded gages/paint? not well maintained? less


. . . I'd say $14K to $19K. drive it and look it over during daylight hours. good luck!

An '04 Silver Birch, unmolested with 14k on the odometer?? I don't think asking $20k is too crazy...providing of course there's documentation and the CarFax and OASIS reports are clear. Sounds like the seller knows what he has. Low balling may not be advisable if you really want it.

My :twocents:: if you're looking for a MM as a driver or daily-driver, leave that 1 to the collectors. You'll save some $$ and the grief of watching the mileage triple in 2 years. Seller should put it in Hemmings.

I already own a 03. 8 thousand miles on it. I do like them and its not an every day driver. Im not a nickel rocket but i dont want to be in deep. This is the time to buy cars reasonable.I thank everyone. still undecided.
