Throwing numbers around like 2krwhp. Might be worth the expense of the swap to a coyote at that point.

BTW I've got the mod bug, so I've been thinking alot about what I'm trying to accomplish. Not really into winning races, although that's not a bad thing. :burnout:

I really set all my car goals playing with matchbox cars as a kid. I'd do chases, slides, burnout sounds, wheelies and jumps.

I'd like a car that is a better handling/speed package than 95% of the stuff out there. Great acceleration, braking, drifting. Stock Marauder: CHECK.
I'd like a car that can spin the wheels at will. Trilogy Marauder: CHECK.
I'd like a car that can lift the nose off the ground at will: 1000+rwhp - TBD
I'd like a car that can survive 20ft jumps all day long : Ground up baja type? - TBD

All goals need to be 100% streetable. No trailers. Plates on everything.

Point is seems like a 351 might actually make a Marauder do #3.

I'm so mature right?

Unless you have

Upgraded the Marauder's suspension with aftermarket rear control arms, aftermarket sway bars & aftermarket Watts link
Upgraded the brakes.
Got an aftermarket tune

The Marauder handles just a little better than a whale......

Nah I grew up with classic chevys. Nothings worse than that. I make it work. After all everything possible with a little drift. :)

I am planning that stuff but first I have to actually put those brakes I bought on.

Oh think I already figured out #4.
