Motor was rebuilt at 150xxx after install had an oil leak and realized I cracked the oil filter adapter or oil cooler. I notice coolant in the oil and fuel in thdoes this all stem from the cooler being broken

That or a blown head gasket.

If the oil filter adapter is cracked you could have coolant and oil mixing, but that has nothing to do with fuel. If you have coolant in your fuel you have a major issue...
