Injectors question

So I trying to narrow done the problem I am having i have been taking Voltage readings on just about every plug possible and comparing them to the chart I have. I found it interesting that the chart said that

KOEO there should be no voltage to the injectors, Mine are reading battery voltage. Can anyone help with this? Trying to get my MM back out on the road.

Yes the injectors should have power to them when the key is on. The computer fires them by providing a ground.

You can use a NOID set to test the for voltage at the injector.
