Mine came in the mail too. Yellow Showfield. Class Number is Y452. My number is #308. Last year was #099. Guess there was a rush on early registrations. Hope they were ALL from MercuryMarauder.Net.

Don't think that we can predict where the Yellow Showfield is until the Carlisle Map comes out. Last Year Yellow was "On the Hill". From what I recall, they move the colors around from year to year to keep us guessing. Within the color area, you really can't determine a specific location without their Row Mapping of Classes.

I spoke to Rick last week when i was confirming the tent and ordering tables, and asked him where we are placed this year. I also told him that the hill wasn't good for our older members and that some were stuck up there due to the walk. Rick said that due to our large numbers, we are limited to where he can put us and being a new club to show up with such a large number makes it harder to place. He said chances are we may be placed where we were last year. My contact Val Stewart left so Rick has been doing public relations and I think just decided to leave things like they were since he's overwhelmed with everything else. When I called we had 27 preregistered at the time. I'm not sure of the current number.
Good news is that my sticker arrived with my name this time!

27 Pre-Registered and 37 showing as attending in the Poll. Looks like about 10 folks need to get moving on Registration soon or we may be short on parking spaces.

Best to Register SOON if not NOW..... so we get enough spaces allocated.

I think May 5th was the deadline and that's why the stickers were sent out already. We pretty much owned the entire hill so they will have no prob finding spots. I'll be there early Saturday morning so I'll need a contact for Friday so I know that our tent is up and four tables for our BBQ are placed under the tent.
