I talked to letahal about that and they said in a returnless system your going to get codes untill your tuner addresses it.

That makes me feel better. Thanks

What is your fuel pressure at idle? I'm going to check with a gauge right now but my scanner says 90psi.

I havent installed my pumps yet since im going with a return style fuel set up, but he did say the fuel pressure will be high for a returnless system not used to seeing that type of pressure

I just checked it with a mechanical gauge and it is 90psi, Factory spec is 35-70.
Oh well...it is what it is.

I have to put the 255 back in, it is running so rich right now I am afraid I'll wash out the rings or clog a cat.
Zach has some concern if that pump is designed for a return less system.

Who knows?

I will take it with me to the tuner. If he can manage the pressure in the tune I will have the tuner put it back in.

No its not designed for a returnless system but can be made to work with adjustments to your tune, but dont take my word contact Walbro, or Lethal and they will confirm it.

It also needs to be used with a fuel pressure regulator.

Yeah I called Walbro (they were closed for the day) and I talked to Lethal...he was helpful but didn't know one way or the other if it could be used with a return less.

I love going where no man has gone before...story of my life.

I put the 255 back in for now.
