I have changed all the plugs, I have changed all the coils and my Engine still has a little rough idle and my check engine light has came on a couple of times and it has said this. Any suggestions?

I had this happen on mine a few months ago, turned out it was a bad tank of gas. Had to have the gas tank drained the mixture appeared to be half diesel. Drained it at Mo's and Shell reimbursed me the cost of the work, the original tank of gas and the new tank.
Did this happen after you go gas, when cold does it have a hard time staying started? Is there a bunch of white smoke on start up?
that's what happened to me

Is that a valve cover gasket leak

There's oil on the spark end!? Compression check ASAP. Oil on any end of a spark plug not right, but the spark end could be real bad. That's the warst end to have oil on. It might be valve seals, not an EZ fix but better then any other I can think of right know.

Oil would be on the top of the plug (the threads up). A not so bad of a fix it will have it's moments. From the threads down, oil should not be there at all.
