Nope. Just use the 75w-140 synthetic gear oil.

You have a Marauder without Traction-Loc?

^^^^^^ Same question. ^^^^^
That would be 1 of 1, AFAIK.

Just wondering so if you use synthetic gear oil you don't need to use a additive for the traction lock,? cause I just changed my rear diff.fluid and added the additive anyway.I used the Mobil 1 synthetic fluid.

When using most synthetic fluids you do not need to use friction modifier.

ALL Marauders came with a traction loc differential.
If you do not have a differential with clutches, then you don't need to use friction modifier.
Where do you come up with these questions?????

Put in a bottle of friction modifier. The price will not break the bank.
Are you getting traction-lok rear mixed up with traction control?

I guess I am...What ever that botton or switch is on the left of the steering wheel is,next to the pedal height adj. I do not have..So,that's traction control, not traction loc??? I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer...

No complaints here. Follow my last advice on the friction modifier. Keep us posted on the gear ratio change and results, please.

Trac-lok is like posi. Traction control is a computer nanny that uses the brakes to try and give both rear wheels equal traction when one starts to slip.

Put me in the same drawer, Bugsy....
I didn't realize until earlier this year (after having my car for almost a year) that the T/C function is always on. So, when I did my spin-out last summer during a downpour, it was most likely because I turned it OFF (when I thought I had turned it ON)...and when I tried to do a burn-out in the WaHo parking lot last fall, didn't work out like I had thought since the T/C was ON.
I wondered why the button had the word OFF on it; should say ON, must be a factory goof was my train of thought. I just assumed T/C was something the driver would have to turn on...you know, like lights, the radio, the A/C, etc.
Luckily, I did not incur any damage due to my lack of knowledge. What's apparent to most may not be apparent to all. It's tough to have faith in the saying, "There are no dumb questions".
True story...and it took me 4 months to admit it...

Maybe I can help?
Forget about the button on the dash.
All MM's have a Limited Slip differential, that consists of clutches within the rear end housing.
The gear lube requires a friction modifier because of said clutches in the rear end.
You can use Synthetic lube, and unless the bottle has a small square on it somewhere that shows a "LS", you will need to add a friction modifier.
I chose to go with Mobile1 - 75/140W Synthetic with the LS on the bottle; thus requiring no friction modifier to be added during my gear swap.
In other words, just because the gear lube is Synthetic; that does NOT mean friction modifier is already added. **Look for the "LS" on the bottle.**

Why "LS" and not "FM"?

Because Ford calls it FM.... everyone else calls it LS

So what does "LS" translate to?
RF Overlord

LS means "suitable for use in Limited Slip differentials".
Many of the major brands of synthetic gear lube, such as Royal Purple, Red Line, Mobil 1, and Valvoline, have the friction modifier blended in...unfortunately, Ford's own Motorcraft brand does not.

Can anyone give me a list of all fluids I should use on my 04 MM that has 22000 miles on it not to sure if any of the fluids have been change besides the oil. I am all new to all of this tech talk with the MM. it has a SCT tune on it with a cold air intake and flow masters thanks.

Are you serious?
Check the owners manual. Complete specs and quantities.

If you're running a basically stock car, you can't go wrong following the OEM fluid specs.
Some guys are running Mobil 1, Royal Purple, or Amsoil, but there are a bunch of us that have used the 5W-20 semi-synthetic Motorcraft oil with excellent results.
For that matter, the same applies for the other fluids as well.

Can anyone give me a list of all fluids I should use on my 04 MM In all honesty, there IS no "best" fluid.
For instance, as far as oil, the only real requirement is viscosity. Factory recommendation is 5W-20, but many members use 5W-30 with no discernible difference. Beyond that, use whatever brand you can get easily or on sale...just stay away from off-brand convenience store junk.
The same holds true for transmission fluid; as long as it's Mercon V and isn't some weirdo brand you've never heard of, it's fine.
To make it even simpler, use what the book says and you won't go wrong.

Thanks for explaining, I bought Royal Purple 75W140.says right on the bottle "contains friction modifier...
