Need a Florida Architect!

So my garage is full :( I want more tools. I need a shed. My HOA will allow me to have a 12x12 but the county requires an engineers stamp on any drawings for sheds over 120sq ft. Lowes sells a very nice 12x12 shed kit and gave me the drawings but no stamp on the drawings. So need someone who can stamp the plans for me. Anyone?

You don't have drawings needing a stamp=---your buying a pre-approved structure---none needed----just meet your HOA's plan --all should be OK--------

My town building and zoning office said I need a permit for any structure on my property even a portable one and anything over 120sq ft has to have a stamp.
