I almost got that too. Here in Kansas we have a limit of 7 numbers & letters.

I got MARAUDR That is how the model is listed on my DMV paperwork. Also in Kansas we only have rear plates, UNLESS we get the vanity plates, in which case we have front and rear plates. Kansas has some goofy laws.....don't get me started on our alcohol laws. :bounce:

I saw this the other day on a pickup "HYUDUWN"

Right now, my plates say NO RD 4ME, but that's because I had to carry to plates over from my Land Rover Discovery that I traded in for it. When my plates come up for renewal again, i'm not sure, but i've decided to get plates that say IM NOT 90 on it. We only get 7 spaces here in OH too, unless you get a specialized plate which gives you only 6.

my tag: D-VADER,may sound a little corny, but the car is truely menacing & evil looking to me, and just reminds me of DARTH VADER! My 1st choice was MARAUDER,but its too many letters for my state. I tossed around some different spellings of Marauder, but nothing jumped out at me? So I went with the old back-up plan: D-Vader. .............................. ..Tim.

Congrats on your new tag. I finally got my first personal plate this past year.

My God father Patrick Harmon was Chicago Police Det. When dad got sent for his first of two tours in Veitnam he sort of adopted me. So I can say I was raised at Wrigley Feild. But what I looked forward to was sitting on the back porch and looking down the alley for him to come home. When he did I would go down and open the garage door for him, get in the car and he would turn on the blue lights and sometimes hit the siren. (Niegbors didnt like) but oh welll.

After I bought my MM my brother and I were sitting in the drive way and he said that reminds me of his car. And it does.

In honor of the late Patrick William Harmon. (Unlce Bumbsy). "BUMBSY" is my tag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I just got my '04 DTR. My '69 XR7 Cougar is also red and black and I had the Va. tag MERCULA when I lived there, my buddy said it looked like Draculas personal vehicle. For the new Merc, since it is also red, and a Mercury Murderer, theres only one choice. REDRUM Don't know if it is available in Ga.

Cool tags everyone. Some took a play off the name of the car, which is what I think a lot of owners did and others did more on the attitude of their car. I like them all and when it is personal then it means something special. I kept mine simple I went with the nomenclature of the WWII Marauder bomber and then added in the S for Marauder S. (B26 S)
