Unbelieveable. He just missed the on-coming traffic in the other lanes. This could have been a very tragic story. :(

WTF is wrong with the folks who work for the state highway departments ??? :mad: I can't make up my mind whether they are Incompetent or simply Brain Dead.

It is doubtful that those two orange warning signs placed right at the location of the buckled road gave much advanced warning at all to cars travelling at 65-70 MPH or more. A whole series of signs should have been placed to give plenty of "slow down" warning for that problem. Visually, I suspect that the buckle was almost totally invisible to approaching drivers until it was too late.
