Hi Guys I had a thought last night about a buisness proposition

What I'm thinking is to make these LED CHMSL (http://vicsters.ca/forum/showthread.php?1469-How-To-LED-CHMSL)s and sell them on ebay and CVN.

My plan would be to go to various junk yards and pull the desired parts. Then mod the parts with the buyers choice of color.
(Paint would be an added charge)

For the LED CHMSL:
Either Charcoal (No paint) OR:
Painted (Stock interior colors only)

I'm not set on prices yet, but there would be a discount for people that set me back their core. My Rough estimate would be about $60 but it coulld esily change.

Shipping wise, the CHMSL's would be shipped free, since it's not that big or heavy.

I don't want to invest my time and money in this if people arent going to buy so PM me if your interested or want more information.

Despite what Bluemobile (a.k.a. BigNSlow) indicates ... The Federal Signal LED unit from my (and several others) experience is VERY long lasting (well over 100,000hours of use) and reliable.

I wasn't aware that Bluemobile held a bias against these other LEDs, that was part of the reason I was going to make them...

I have the same one as Joe has, (after he informed me years ago that they existed). The fedsig units are bright and have 30 leds. $55 is a steal for these, got link Joe?

Are these lights red? I bought a set a while back was then notified after purchase that the lights where blue, stated couldn't disclose color due ebay policy.

lol, Joe. I'm good as the FedSig unit I have now will outlast the car, and I have my factory spare. I was lucky to get a Fedsig unit that was factory black. Thanks for the tip way back when...
