Does anyone here know how to convert a jpg into a vector file

If you have Adobe photo shop. Then try this:

or if you don't want to manipulate the image, use this procedure:



Open the Adobe Photoshop application and click "File" from the top navigation bar.
2 Click the "Open" option. A file navigator will appear.
3 Navigate to and click on the JPEG file to convert. Click the "OK" button to load the JPEG graphic into the Photoshop interface.
4 Click the "File" option from the top navigation bar, and then select the " Save As" option.
5 Click the drop-down box labeled "Format" and select "Photoshop EPS (*.EPS)" from the list.
6 Type a new name for the EPS file, if desired, in the "File Name" input box.
7 Click the "Save" button to convert and save the JPEG in the EPS format.
8 Test the EPS document by viewing in a compatible viewer.
