Black on the QEW, WB between Cawthra/Southdown

Saw this car a few weeks ago, on July 28, around 5 pm. There was a youngish fella driving it, wearing a ball cap, with his pal in the passenger seat. There was a lot of smoke coming from the windows from whatever you guys were smoking :) I was down to my last stogie and saving it for later, so no smoke from my windows.

Well, whoevers car it was, it needed rear shocks real bad. The tail end of that car was bouncing up and down like a kid on a trampoline!
