Yes, and AFAIK, so are the CV and GM units.

The MGM and MM headlights are interchangeable for '03 & '04 - except that the bezel within the MGM units are chromed/aluminized, whereas the MM are shiny black.
The CV headlamps are a different shape, which is matched to the CV header panel.
