Got some reasonably good news this week. The CAT scan they did on Tuesday found no further growth of the tumors on my lungs, and maybe slight growth on the one(s) on my liver. This prompted my doctor to move me to the next phase of chemo, which is easier on my stomach (despite the hiccups I get after eating). This new chemo may be tougher on my marrow and blood, but they will continue to monitor it. I'm glad I'm still healthy enough to continue along with the treatments. I also know a big reason for this is the prayers and thoughts from all of you. For that I am real thankful. Thanks to all.

Good to hear Paul. I hope it goes well for you. Try eating a sugar packet after eating to remove the hic-ups.

My mom was diagnosed with Cancer in 1996. She went through Chemo this April. At 80 she is now driving over to my house to pick up baking equipment. It must be for somebody special because she does not like to bake! She is an awesome cook and came over 2 weeks ago to teach one of my children how to make Osso Buco.
