I like the idea Gordon but I won't be able to take the time off from work for the rest of the year - got a wedding to go to in NOLA in Dec. and that will use up my time off.
Hope you get this one going on a yearly schedule!

We LOVED the last one that Joe Walsh put together. Hopefully we can make it this year. We can do the 10th or even the 17th but prolly not the 3rd. Thank you Gordon, for getting this ball rolling. BTW 2 memorable things (other than an amazing time with amazing people & cars) happened that weekend in 2010. Eric drove his very own black Marauder to it's very first mm.net meet, and the members of the MV IX planning committee stayed over night in the area and officially started the year long planning process! Woo hoo! It was a GREAT time! (Met Jimbok at dinner!)

Victory Brewing Company west of Philadelphia:

November 17th. Be at the parking garage in Pottsville at 10am, the same one we were at the first time, to be at Yuengling by 11am.

Mahantongo St Deck

The Mahantongo Parking Garage is at Second and Mahantongo Sts. At ground level there are 49 eight hour meters. On levels one through five parking at the 227 monthly spaces is by permit only. Monthly parking can be either reserved to an assigned space, or unreserved (first come first served), based on availability. Daily or weekly parking is available at $2.00 per day. Handicapped parking is in the metered area.

November 17th, be at the parking garage in Pottsville at 10am, the same one we were at the first time, to be at Yuengling by 11am. Spaces are limited on their tours. I am also looking into Troegs and Victory Breweries for tours and then dinner at the Black Angus Restraunt at Stoudts later.

Centralia was a town in Pennsylvania. Back in the 70s coal fire started in the mines underneath it and the government deemed unsafe to live there. so there's only like two houses left out of the whole town. Kind of a creepy place, Perfect for burnouts though!!!!!

I am looking into a few attractions for us to do besides the Yuengling Tour.

Hopefully after Yuengling we will head to lunch (TBD), then we will be heading to one of the coal mines (TBD) for a trip underground and then something near and dear to Derick's heart a fire equipment museum. You are coming right Derick? Then after all this we will head to the Black Angus Restraunt/Stoudt's Brewery for dinner.

So I need you all to let me who is coming so I can make reservations for dinner and maybe get group rates on some of these events.

November 17th. Be at the parking garage in Pottsville at 10am, the same one we were at the first time, to be at Yuengling by 11am.

Is anyone going up the day before on Friday, 16 November and staying the night in or near Pottsville? The Saturday 10:00 AM rally puts me close to a 5:30 - 6:00 AM departure. Even that allows for no delays enroute. Might work better to come up the day before. Anyone? I am sure that there's a Hampton Inn close-by with a big canopy. ;)

Here's one just off I-81 in Pine Grove about 21 miles from Pottsville >>>>> http://hamptoninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels/pennsylvania/hampton-inn-pine-grove-PVGPAHX/dining/index.html

Haven't made up my mind on this trip yet. Lots going on right now. Think that I would rather stay at the Hamption Inn in Pine Grove (only 21 miles from Pottsville). Much closer and I know what to expect at the hotel. Looks like it might be a fairly new hotel since it doesn't show on satellite maps. Besides, I have a Hilton Honors card and need to cash in some points. ;)
