Another "Prayer" Request

Need some prayers for my Dad--had surgery yesterday to remove part of colon with tumor. This is a "repeat" of 2001 when he had another tumor removed, along with section of colon. We all thought when he was cancer free for 11 years and that he beat IT!!!

Surgeon said everything went well, and feels he got it all. My Mom is amazing through all this!!--please keep her in your prayers, as well.

Update on my Dad:

He phoned me this afternoon and said "I'm sitting here at home in my own chair and feeling pretty good"!!!!

Thank you everyone for your prayers and well wishes. I think Dad's fighting spirit also played a part in his getting well enough to be released from hospital. Now if they tell him he doesn't have to go through chemo, that will be even better!!!!
