I'm trying to settle a debate with a friend. Was there any group of CVPI's assembled in Canada and fitted with a SC produced for use in the United States by Law Enforcement Depts?

Not that I am aware of. Stuff like that would of most likely been done by an aftermarket company contracted by a law enforcement dept.

I'm going to say no. The only oddity was a 32V engine was put into a P71 for test development. The car caught air going over the highway bridge - something of a record.

There were never any supercharged cars of any kind produced at STAP. And if any weird concept cars were made, they would have been assembled by SVT in Michigan.

Nope, Ford Engineer I personally spoke with at STAP told me about it (P71 with 4v)

Made at STAP and not in Michigan? Never heard of that. I know that 2003 P71 concept cars did have a 4v just like the Marauder concept has a 5.4L 2v but I never heard of any existing versions of those concepts.

And was this in 2011? I think I was on the same tour as you and I don't recall the engineer mentioning that but that doesn't mean anything.

I should have been more specific in that i was stating that there was never any s/c cars mass produced for law enforcement
