I hope you do not know this guy because I am going to call him a complete and utter jackass!!! Let's wave at the stupid camera and forget where we are. Not only did he total his crapped out bike, he probably caused thousands of dollars in damage to the Vette. He did not even brake until he was already in the other lane. What a tool!!!

Photo #19 FTW!!!! :D

No, I don't know him. If I did, I'd probably call him a jackass too.

I'm just wondering if he got an 8 x 10.... :D

I agree Bob.

Photo 19 was my favorite, even though I feel for the guy in the Vette, I was LMAO and every pic just made me laugh more.

"The Dragon" isn't that the twisty turney road in NC, AKA "Tail of the dragon", Deals Gap?

Despite the "Here's your Sign" factor of this incident, I hope the guy is OK. Looked to be a pretty nasty spill, a totally destroyed motorcycle, and an AFU Corvette. :(

I'd rate a 9.5 for style on the 360* Flip and a 1.5 on the execution of the landing. ;) That's a 5.5 Overall.

Never understood the appeal of riding a motorcycle on a busy, narrow and unfamiliar road with decreasing radius turns.

The biggest reason he hit the Vette is because he fixated on it instead of looking through the turn. If you watch you can see the more he turns his head to watch the covette the more he heads towards it. He needs to take some riding classes.:shake:

Me and 20 of my buddies go down there every spring for a week. That road is awesome to ride a sport bike on its a rush you can't get anywhere else in the world!

BTW, I know I'm gonna get some crap for this but its so does not surprise me from a cruiser rider. They do NOT pay attention down there at all. He obviously has no experience on the dragon at all.

I think that he was signaling the right-hand turn, not waving.

Hey rolled on the gas with the bike all loaded, he couldn't make the right with one hand and went into the Vette.

Clearly out of his league for the iron that he was a straddlin'.

He does need riding lessons because he got a great flying lesson.

We were riding that road years ago before it became a destination. nothing there but the gas station that was over-grown and abandoned. I stopped riding it because of Dumb-a.... like that!

He was leaned over far enough to make the turn, but he freaked and stood the bike up, straightening out and hitting the Vette. The Vette driver did an admirable job trying to avoid him, but nowhere to go. Looked like a nice Triumph bike, at least it used to be.

Correction - He was waving at someone - He was looking at the camera. I couldn't see this on my phone but see it on the computer.

He was still "highsidin'" the turn without two hands on the bars and couldn't get out of it (never heard of a BRAKE, I guess).

Too bad no one cleaned up the oil from the crash.

This happened the next day.
