If your Scottish and expect to eat the local fare you need to have libation with a high alcohol content. My Grandma was off the boat from Scotland and I can only lament that beer like this wasn't available while she was alive and cooking.:lol:

I will trump your Haute Scottish Cuisine, with having to endure Swedish fare as a kid. The yummy gelatinous Lutefisk, the cardboard lefse, some sort of fish stew and good old bland boiled potatoes, always made the holidays a time to remember... and sprint to the bathroom! Maybe that is why I started drinking so early in life. :rolleyes:
