Is he still in business? I ordered his oil seperator last week. Since I got no shipping notice, I emailed him. No response. So I called his shop and left a message. No response. It's been over a week now. :shake:

I just got off the phone with him 20 minutes ago. He's still doing business, but if you have made an online purchase then I would recommend you call him and confirm the order.

I placed the order, emailed and called. I guess I should pack it and ship it to myself too.

I talked to Dennis two weeks ago.

He gave me some good advice, however, I didn't order anything new yet.

If Dennis isn't in I don't wait for a call back. I just call him each day till he picks up the phone. It isn't ideal, but I have gotten some great products from Dennis at a great price and some excellent advise for free.

He made a few adjustments to my tune. A few weeks ago. Its not 100% there but its way better. I got so sick of the transmission holding 1st gear up to 2500rpm light throttle then slamming into 2nd. Annoying as hell when I have clients in the car going slow through neighborhoods.

Reinhart does have a good little good little oil seperator unit, would recommend his rear head cooling kit too. (billet aluminum machined piece)

I wasn't going to post this but,I saw this thread and decided to add my 2 cents...A while back when Musclemerc came out with his catch can,it was made to fit a 90 degree PVC valve..Reinhart chimed in saying he had them in stock. So against my better judgement,I ordered a 90 degree PVC valve.Came to 20 something with shipping.I get one in the mail that is not 90 degree or the correct valve either.I called him and he said to return it for a refund..I told him to refund my money and I'd send the PVC back. All on my dime. After all,I paid up front in good faith. He wouldn't return my money until he got the item back. However he said that he would give me a free air/oil seperater for free and for time lost and the postage I had to pay to return it...Well as I'm sure you have already figured out,I returned his mistake at my cost and I had to show him the delivery confirmation to prove I knew he got it..Anyway,Did Mr.Reinhart give YOU a free seperater???ME Neither...:mad2:

Dennis is no longer a supporting vendor. There is no need to bring up old issues.
