Fuel Hat Interest

Spoke to a company trying to see if they could, possibly design and manufacturer a return style dual fuel pump hat for our cars.

Now, this wouldn't be for everyone of course just the members who would like to maybe run E85 and make a lot more power than they already do with a stout fuel system.

Before I go too much further into talks with the company I wanted to get opinion of members here of the site to see what are some of the question I should be asking. This company has made a great return style fuel hat that supports 1000hp for the G8 GT.

As of now I know the company would need at least 10 fuel hats to make a run and make this happen but before all of that I just want to know what you guys think.

I was planing on ordering a Division X fuel hat for an 04 cobra, and modifying it for the Marauder by fabbing an L bracket to properly locate the pumps.

I won't say it's better but i bet it would be a lot easier to have a plug in play for our cars no more modifying something that may or may not work. but it's up to the members on here with their opinions that would ultimately make this a better option

Yes it certainly would be if that was an option, but having one of these cars you used to fabbing everything!

I do know it will be fairly easy to mod the Division X fuel hat although its fairly pricey!

Just go an email from the company. They would need to sale ten at $400 without the fuel pumps, we could get the hats with two pumps for additional cost or simply buy your own pumps. As of right now he state it would only be return style only. I'm on my way to work will post the email later today see what more people.

I'm kinda shock there isn't more members at least showing interest in this.

Modify the stock hat and use some bulkhead fittings. Its easy enough.
