Ours is cheeses, salamis, finger foods, and wine (for the wife). Decided to take an easy non-traditional route.

Traditional here.... No brining the Turkey this year.... Just a traditional prep with butter under the skin... Salt, pepper & ginger trimix stuffed with pieces of carrot apple & onion...

Beer & a nice 18 yr. Single Malt for teledrinking with my family as the day goes by....

Put the bird and Elgin sausage on the smoker at 6 this morning, got the beans started at 6:30, been sitting by the pit tending the fire, enjoying the 72 degree weather! Wife has pecan pie, green bean casserole, taters, cheesecake, banana bread, jalapeño cheese bread, cornbread stuffing, and some other type of stuffing going in the kitchen. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope to meet some of y'all one of these days, still haven't seen another Marauder out here!
