Hi -

Unsure if anyone had seen this but Dr. ColorChip is offering DBP:

http://drcolorchip.com/select-color.php?year=2003&make=Mercury&model=Marauder&search=Go

The last time that I looked, they only had black.

You can get DTR and Silver Birch also if you look it up as a 2005 Crown Victoria. Other years may vary. I assume that the DTR and SB would be the same on both cars???

Thanks!

I was wondering why it was not showing up under Marauder.

or just give them the paint code. The Ebony Black code was the same as my 2006 Fusion.

Has anyone used this process?

The best paint chip repair process I have found. I fixed over 100 chips on the front end of my Marauder, I varied some from the instructions though. Washed vehicle, used a medium polish on the front end, wiped down with alcohol/water mix using a brush to clean out any wax/polish from the chips. Applied Dr Colorchip to chips using the fuzzy ended toothpick included in the kit(I didn't smear it like it says to do in the instructions)kept adding until chip was completely filled and above surface. Let dry for a few hours, assisted by a heat gun, used a piece of clean t-shirt backed by a flexible plastic card and used the solution included in the kit to lightly go back and forth over the chips until level with the surface. Finished with a two step fine and ultra-fine polish and a sealant and wax after allowing a two day cure. Worked great, never had one repair pop out at the time or since.

Easy peasy, just takes time and patience.

I thought that it was a scam.

Now, I can't wait to try it.

I'm going to order it soon. My front bumper looks like Al Capone blasted it with a fully auto BB gun.
