Except for extreme emergencies, Fix-A-Flat usually isn't a good idea in a tire(many shops will refuse to repair a tire with that goop in them), and most assuredly not in a air bag... I doubt it'd seal anyway and most likely restrict/plug the inlet valve...

Just think about it, a restricted inlet valve wouldn't be any fun at all...;)
