Sounds kinda like the BOV spring is set too tight. :/ That's the crappy thing about most BOVs: if it sounds neat, it's probably not set up properly.

The boost output on a YSI would smoke a stock or even mildly built block. They need to spill off the excess.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My experience with the ysi is they need to be spun really hard to get a good powerband out of them anything less than 60k rpms (blower speed)and you will have 1k rpms of powerband. With our motor that is.
