This morning Hospice is coming into my Father in Laws house.
Looks like things are happening pretty quickly.
I have been in Port St Lucie since Friday and he is getting worse by the day.
We stopped Chemo yesterday.

It's a tough time.

Since I'm probably older than most of you guys, I've seen my parents and my wife's parents pass away.

I look at it this way; they all died in their mid 80's, so they lived a long life.

Not everybody does.

My Father in Law took a fall yesterday while unsupervised for about 30 seconds.
Broken arm, broken nose, and now a blood clot.
I had him moved from the hospital to Hospice House last night.
Saw him about midnight.
I had to leave my wife at home as her conditions are worsening.

So, I am spending Xmas day at Hospice in Fort Pierce Fl.

Unfortunately a Xmas to remember.....

Father in Law passed at 3;30 today, thank you for all of the thoughts, prayers, energy etc. It was peaceful.

My wife lost her grandmother this Christmas Day, too. She was 95 and health steadily declining with seven hospital visits since Halloween.
