Focus more on the important things in life, mainly family. Material things can come, go, and be replaced easily. Hopefully less stress will find its way to me this year as well.

I hired a personal trainer this time. Its not about pounding weights or special vitamins...watch what you eat and how much. Bread is your enemy sir!

Yep! Sure is...I must say, there is a huge difference in my sugar intake...so much so that now when I eat say 3 cookies I get a stomach ache. I pulled soda, sweet snacks, no deep fried food at all, most breads and starches...I eat plain almonds in between my meals, and water water water...Its truely amazing how well I sleep at night now.

I allow myself a cheat day, Wed is pizza hut day. Other than that I try pretty hard to stick to it.
