60th Anniversary

At 0815 on January 7th,1953, I said "I do" to the prettiest red-headed, green-eyed, freckel-faced 2nd Lt in the U S Air Force. Ginny and I were married in Columbus , OH during a heavy snow fall. After 60 years, 4 children,3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren , we had a chance to be with all of them today at a really happy family luncheon .We were so proud of all of them, it was overwhelming. We are exact opposites--she hates anything that goes fast--cars, airplanes, etc and is a very private, quiet person. Somehow she has managed to put up with me and give me all these years of waking up every day to a whole new world. God has given us a healthy old age and we are still pretty mobile. Our wish for all of you is that you will be as healthy, happy and as much in love as we are when you celebrate your 60th Anniversary. God Bless You All, Maury and Ginny

You cannot imagine how honored Ginny and I feel to know that so many of you took time out of your hectic day to say "Congratulations" to us. It shows that MM.net is truly a family. On Monday, the management and staff threw a surprise party at the retirement villiage with over 30 people attending. What a great weekend for us !!!!! We hopefully look forward to the years ahead , enjoying our big family and the friendship of you folks. We'll keep you informed ;) Again, thank you--you made two old folks feel a lot younger.
