For those of you who use a table saw, you will find this fascinating. You are going to enjoy this one.
If you have never seen "Time Warp," it's a show all about super-duper slow motion cameras capturing things we take for granted and never see as they really are. In this case, they take photos of this guy's new invention. What a combination!

No. I work and very hard not to become complasent. To be on your toes around all equipment. I touch on this every week in my safty meeting at work. "Keep Your Head In The Game." I just don't like destroying a peice equipment because I can't keep my finger out of it.

$60 is less than we spend for a tank of gas. How much do we spend on car insurance, that we may never need?

If the inventor really believed in his product, he would've laid his 'junk' on the saw blade!!!.......
Seriously, that is a very cool invention!

Saw Stop has been around for a few years. When activated it does not "destroy the piece of equipment". It is just a sacraficial aluminum block. When activated you just replace the block & blade and reset the unit. Back working 100% again.
No matter how careful you are, s**t still happens, that's why they are called accidents. Some times completely out of your control but you pay the price. IE: you are running saw, someone walks by and bumps you just as you are in blade area & ooops, no hand! With this unit the 1 time accident in 50 years of operation does no permenant damage to your body!
