Does it have the remote start? If yes, you may have tripped the antitheft. Find the reset button and hold it depressed while cranking. This will reset. If you have the FOMOCO remote start instruction booklet there are detailed instructions in it about this.

If you don't have the manual, here is link to it: http://www.paulmachenry.com/pdfs/manuals/remote_start_keyless.pdf

I had a chip lose contact three different times and luckily it always started, whereas normally it nukes your ECM...

Try removing it and thoroughly clean the contacts on both. They need to be SPOTLESS of corrosion. Then very tightly duct tape it down and try to fire it up.

no remote start on it... i may remove the computer and take the casing off and look for any burnt points or swelled up diodes any other options are greatly appreciated

didnt really see anything noticeable when looking at the board.... but I noticed when i plugged the ecu back in and slid the chip in after cleaning the connections thoroughly there is a red light on the chip that comes on right by where it says fail.... im lost

Your ECM may be shot now. As Bob said above removing a chip while the car is running can cause your ECM to release its magical smoke.

WHy is your ECM lose in he first place that you could knock the chip out?

thats the thing my ecm wasnt loose... it was tucked up under the dash like its supposed to be in the bracket and everything... i have no clue how my foot ended up in there... but i tried a different pcm from an aviator and was atleast hoping to get a starter to crank or something because the harnesses are only two plugs different but still.. all lights come on but still no turn of the starter... just the little red light on the chip lights up when the key is in the on position

You may be experiencing a PATS problem as well now.
