This is incredible Freddie. Very realistic. I am impressed. Thanks for posting.

Wish it was in Germany before I left there more than 20 years ago.

The level of detail is insane! I wonder how many people worked on it and how long it took to complete.

Mind bogglingly cool at the 3:50 mark. Sucker took off and went into the "clouds".

As I was watching the one plane taxi up I thought how cool would it be if they could take off and then I saw the one at the 3:50 mark take off.

You must be from the Baltimore area ..... we used to call them ^^^^^ "Christmas Gardens" with the train and such.

Actually, a transplant from Philly--everything we heard since moving to Baltimore area was "train" gardens----:dunno:

Looks real closely at the two takeoffs at the very end and you can see something is "lifting" the planes for the takeoff. There are 2-3 very thin hydraulic lifters or something that lift them up. Note the center split in the lower cloud panel lets these "arms" pass through. The lifting arms must be made of glass or plexiglass and you can only see them when the light hits them just right.

BTW -- the Miniature Wonderland is located in Hamburg, Germany >>>> http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com/ They also have the largest model railway exhibit in the world according to their website.

When I was a kid we lived in Germany from 60-64. There are four reasons why Germany was the best place for little boys:
1. the best candy
2. the best woods
3. the best snow
4. the best toys.
Great video, thanks for posting.

Great minds think alike.....I was wondering the same thing just before the plane took off!!
