To keep things SIMPLE it would probably would be easier just to offer only the LOCKING CAPS!

Honestly I really don't see anyone saying "I want the non locking caps" if they have the option to get the locking ones.

I remember buying several sets years ago for my GN, needed several in fact as every kid within 3 miles had GN caps on their bikes, once they were all taken care of I was able to keep the ones I had!
