Check engine started flashing today while driving then car started to missing. Once I got home I checked my Coil packs and found oil on the driver side spark plug housing. Any ideas on what I should do??? Should I change that one spark plug and coil pack please help!!!

Had that happen a year ago, minus the flashing check engine light. FEL-PRO Part # VS50477R (http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=261180&cc=1387829) should take care of the oil in the spark plug housing. The spark plug tube seal has likely failed, and fouled a plug. I would guess that if you clean your COP with electrical cleaner (or Brakleen like I did - haters beware!), it is probably still operational. Disconnect the battery when performing this repair.

You need to remove the cam cover to replace the gaskets inside of it.

The driver's side is the easier one to remove. Once it's off, replacing the gaskets is a cinch.

If you can wait, I would order it from RockAuto (the link I provided). Otherwise, get Fel-Pro gaskets at a parts store.

I should have said to price it out locally...maybe you'll find it cheaper locally. I never could, plus I was in a rush.

Flashing CEL indicates a significant misfire...driving it that way could damages the cats. I would not operate the car until you have the coil and/or plug repaired/replaced.

yes be happy it is the driver side pass side is hard to get off but can be done the secret for re install is to grind a little bit off on the back of the valve cover that's what I did and it almost feel back into place.
