BOC--HILTON--State Days you want--May 3/4/5-2013

I am taking reservations information for the BOC for Fri,Saturday and Sunday--May 3,4,and 5th, 2013--at the Hilton , on Harris Blvd , Charlotte,NC where we held MVVIII. Address to come later. Its about a quick 30-35 minute drive to the BOC in Moorseville, NC off I-77 from there.

For now--Looking for your commitment here for what days you want to stay at the Hilton so I can get a good rate.. right now @ $99 nite--for rooms much higher!!!! Just ask those who stayed here for 4 days with us--Its so good..........

I received the following email today from the Hilton=

"Hey Tom – thanks for email.

That weekend this year is going to be tough. We are already sold out of all rooms with double beds.

There is a HUGE concert at ZMAX and there is a Track and Field event at UNCC that has taken most of our rooms.

How many total rooms do you anticipate needing?"

OK folks--- below you can see why I have problem answering this question--because no one states they will commit to using the Hotel or not--phrasing the day does not tell me specific--which is what I asked for--Thank you!!

Tom, a change of plans for me regarding the hotel room. I have a friend with an extra room in Lincolnton,NC that I can used during the time of the FOAC show, so I won't need a room at the Hilton. Appreciate your efforts in getting the Marauder gang here a deal on accomodations.
