I love my sleek sexy Marauder but she has been giving me fits the last couple weeks. About a month ago I was cruising around on a somewhat warm day and decided to turn the vent on w/the temp set to 60 degrees,...instead of cool refreshing air, I was hit with 90 degree heat. No matter where I set the HVAC temp, all I got was hot air. On Sunday I was riding around and got chilly,...when I turned the vent on w/temp set @ 90, I got cold air. What the heck? All I have is cold air. Tonight I was about to leave to go grab a pizza and BAM,...no headlights! The only way that I have headlights is to pull the turn signal back and ride around holding it blinding folks w/high beams. Is there anybody out there that can tell what the heck is going on?

I believe the hot air is likely to be the blend air door. A relatively inexpensive part with a lot of dash tearing apart labor to get to it. Mine did the same thing six months ago, so I bought the part from Ford. Hasn't done it again, so it sits in the spare parts bin awaiting the proper "motivation".

Can You say new tranny shop?
Or new tranny, I would never go into the same trans that many times.

^^^^^^ What he said.
Both are easy and inexpensive fixes, and the good news is after FBM fixes your LCM, the problem will be solved permanently.

turn on your a/c and check you lines in the the engine bay if one of the line is getting cold then your a/c is working and could have a EATC or blend door,

3 - 4 hours after having done it before? Wow, not looking forward to this. If I was on the east coast I would consider hiring you to do it :D
