Hey Guys,
I haven't driven my MM in 3 months after an accident ripped my driver seat cover and a battle with insurance to cover it. I wont go into the gory details of that but I do need advice on a quick solution.
My car is fixed except for the seat cover and airbag. I'm wondering if I can bolt in a Grand Marquis seat with the air bag so the shop can legally release my car to me. They will not give the car back without an air bag seat. The hope is that I can bolt one of these in, get my car back, then find a good shop to fix the cover or stalk online until one shows up.
Can that work? Anyone recommend a upholstery shop that can repair a clean tear well and replace the airbag in house?
