View Full Version : Terrible last couple of weeks.

Other than having my Marauder wrecked into two weeks ago, I just lost my job 2 hours ago. Thought I might try my luck here and see if any of my fellow Georgia Marauder buddies have any job openings they know of. I have a wife and a 2 year old daughter, and am the only income for the three of us. My wife is unable and will never be able to work. My family depends 100% on me for everything. I am not asking for pity, but just a helping hand/ear if you know of any job openings. I am a former Spec Ops Marine, I have experience in plumbing, diesel mechanics, building custom Jeeps, warehouse management and also the hardest working sob you'll ever meet. If there is any interest... I have a resume waiting! Thanks gents!!

Sorry about that . Keep your head up man , is there a Veterans hospital near you.? I heard a friend of mind got hired in the mechanical room . He take cares of the elevator and generators

I'm trying! Just have that sick feeling to my stomach. Ill check into the VA. MM.net was my first stop for my job search. So feel loved! Hah

sorry to hear about your employment situation. do you have a security clearance at all? You mentioned special ops so wondering if you worked with any of the COCOMS?

Just got off the phone my buddy at this bunch http://www.rogersgroupincint.com/Home/tabid/41/Default.aspx and they're looking for help. Better benafits then my company. Was going to recomend my son, but they do to much bussiness with my company and they will not hire away from us. Look at North Alabama job openings maintenance/operator. I'll make some calls if you need me to.

Try https://www.usajobs.gov/, and search around using a couple different avenues - try by location and also try by agency. Sometimes a job will show up on one & not the other. Dont know why...

Too bad you don't live in the NYC area. I could have gotten your résumé sent up for a city job working on trucks.
