Yes, I am intrigued by this movie. I think there was another thread when the Teaser Trailer came out. I encourage you to read Max Brooks' (related to MEL!) book first. The story is so much more captivating, IMO. It touches on socio-cultural-geographic-politico themes and really turns the zombie outbreak into a plausible pandemic.

It's very engrossing and at times, quite terrifying. I am curious to how this will play out on the big screen. Cos honestly the book is set up as a series of interviews after The Zombie War concluded. Every chapter is an excerpt from a point of view from someone all over the world. Kind of tricky to translate that to the big screen. I hope it's just not another Resident Evil/28 days Later/Dawn of The Dead kind of film. but the trailer is making it seem like that might be the case.

so if you are disappointed with the film, read the book! so good!
