I bought my MM last summer and have been storing it in my garage since winter began in november up here in canada. This is the first time i have ever stored a car over the winter and its killing me!!!!! For the winter i have been driving my 07 impreza wagon and while its fun in the snow with the all wheel drive it just doesnt put a smile on my face like my MM. I open the garage on weekends and check on her, make sure the battery tender is working properly, hop in the drivers seat and smell the interior (still smells like new) and think of all the good times we had last summer. To make things worse i have SW headers and a new set of res delete tips ready to install. Any of my other northern compadres feeling my pain????:bigcry: How do you do this every winter??

yep, sometimes i just take the laptop into the garage kick on the heater start playing youtube videos and close my eyes. of course with a fan blowing in the drivers window while i'm in the drivers seat:lol:
not a bad idea though:D

I don't know how you guys can live up there. Its not been too difficult of a winter here in Chicago this year, and I can't take it. I will literally be out on the motorcycle when it hits 35 and is dry outside.

Winters here in Chicago have been pretty tame.

Need more V-8's on the road to make it even warmer here.

But I've stopped driving mine in the wet salty crud this time of year. Parts are hard to find and I don't feel like paying out the ass for bumpers that barely exists anymore.

Sucks waiting but what evs. It's cheaper this way.

That's what my $800 2002 F-250 is for. :)

What a difference a few degrees in latitude make. Why in Southeast Michigan I was out by the pool transplanting a few palm trees just this morning. ;)

And yes, that bridge is still available for sale.

It's always sunny and mid to upper 70's here! At least in the garage.. 😊

Big storm coming Wed, but, so far, the NY/northern Jersey area isn't supposed to get hit that bad.

We've had at least two big storms that have missed us by going north, and this one is supposed to go off to the south.

Just in case, took the Galaxie and retro TBird out for a cruise over the weekend.

Fingers crossed.

Come on down to the Texas hill country...going to be 85 here this afternoon...
then a 'cold front' comes in tonight.
High tomorrow...in the 60's...all sun this week.

Uh...BUT...then there are the somewhat warmer months in July, August, September...when you folks could really check out that air conditioning system on your MMs.

I've been back north for 8 days now. It has been below freezing and snowing almost the entire time. 4 months and counting...

The big storm in the South only hit 50 degrees. But the rain sucked. 9 inches in two days. Come south I have room.
