I probably leaned as much (or more) from my high school basketball coach in Houston than I did in college, med, or grad school. This guy was tough as nails... could be an orery rascal at times...and did not EVER let us forget that HE was the MAN...and that we should shut up and listen to what he had to tell us.
And...as seniors, we won district, city, and almost went to state.
Did I mention that we all loved him?
