You know me Todd, I have been with you from the start on this one.

Will they work with stock springs? I don't want to lower my suspension with Eibach springs or cut coils.

Send an email or call Blaine for the answer. He just made the offer to us this afternoon (and is bending the rules for numbers needed for development...I might add)

Will there be another mod later down on the line as well?

I have my new Tokico's waiting for install, sorry. Otherwise, I may be interested in hearing Eibach's offer.

I am sure Eibach will develop a shock that will compliment their springs, and that would be a great upgrade package, yes? Will you be seeking adjustable shocks? 70/30, 50/50 and 30/70? How about adjustable rears too?

if you're going shopping for a custom build, also consider QA1? They are quite popular in drag and autocross applications, excellent performance, and a great company to work with too. QA1 may be your best bang for the buck, if you're willing to pioneer a four corner upgrade.

Keep us posted, eh?

QA1's adjustable shocks are awesome. That's all anyone needs is an adjustable, that way, they can dial in the ride to their liking...

Not shopping Mac, just passing on an offer I received from the folks at Eibach to address what they feel would be an even further compliment to the already superior handling experience from their springs.

That's ^^^ what they (Eibach) are willing to develop for us if we can get enough interest...

What kind of lead time are we looking at?

I've been sitting on the fence on the whole Eibach spring issue, mostly for the difficulty and cost of installation...would these units be available as a complete assembly (springs and "shocks") that would be more easily installed than just replacing the springs alone? If the answer is Yes, then I would be very interested...

As I stated before, I'm interested and willing to add the new shocks to my Eibach's. Any idea what time frame we are talking from development to distribution, if we get enough interest? I may go ahead and install the springs now and the new shocks later, if they can be purchased and added later without a big problem.

To those of you with the S/C MM's, this would be a great addition,
remember, power is nothing without control !! Even a stock MM would profit greatly from a complete Eibach setup.

If you already have the ZACK and MAC rear control arms, Swaybar and such, you would want these upgrades for the front !!

As to the timeframe....I can't give that, only because I don't know it and it would be determined by the responses here. Eibach Tech Support said they would be willing to develop it with enough interest...we are on our way to hitting the targeted number interested.

As to whether it would be a spring/shock combo or separate pieces...that would be determined in the development. I don't think we're talking about a bunch of $s here though as we are only talking the front suspension and their spring kit for the Marauder is VERY reasonable (if you ask me) @ $135 from one of their discount distributors.

Thanks to all that have participated. If you haven't yet...please do.

TAF:

YES, I am always interested in ANY available upgrade to our suspension! (I've already got Dennis' Addco swaybar, now I'm just about to order Z&M's new rear control arms along with my new badgeless grille!) Now, I don't have any idea what to do about my front springs after that monster Eibach thread (read the whole thread TWICE!).

UPDATE:

Just to let everyone know, there has been some contact with and a high level of interest from Bilstein to put together some progressive shocks for the frontend.

Details will be forthcoming.
