The definition of Full Time Employee is 18 pages. Why couldn't they use existing DOL definitions of Full Time Employee that most employers are familiar with?
Only "Benefits" approved by the Benefits Commission can be provided by a healthcare provider. If I do not respond to a particular drug or procedure it is illegal for my Dr to provide a alternative drug or procedure not approved by the Benefits Commission, even if I pay for it myself.

It will be mandatory for each American to get a full copy of Obama-care. It will then by design fall on you crushing you. Only the strong and extremely quick will survive. The weak and slow will die thus rendering the health care cost issue moot as only people who survive will need health care but because they are healthy they will not need to see their doctors there by saving the US health care industry hundreds of billions of dollars.
Obama's got it figured out.
