a natural disaster would be a bonus for detroit. AWESOME IDEA!!! now i know what to ask santa for:lol:

problem is the citizens would complain their rights were taken away because they didn't get to vote on what type of disaster they got. i think i heard this one somewhere "they need a punch in the neck!"
