03/04 svt cobra value

Was on cars.com last night and was looking at the svt cobra and they all basically go for 20k or more while mileage fluctuates. Why do these cars being 10 years old hold their value so well?

Because they are quite fast bone stock and with the amount of starter mods that you would put into a Marauder, you could probably get close to (if not reach and surpass) 500whp in a Cobra?

The termi's are rated at 390hp but I have read in articles that they believe Ford under-rated them and that they are closer to 430hp. Would not mind having one myself.

Internally forged dual overhead cam four valve motor with a factory blower . Plus these early cobras were the only mustangs with IRS. There's a little more to it than supply and demand they are a really great cars

i love my marauder almost as much as my cobra.. Oops did i say that. Theyre a fun car for sure

They're lighter than the current gen cars, all forged engine, two-year only production. On the other hand, the IRS is not a plus for most, plus they don't really have a visual presense over other new edge Mustangs, and you gotta watch out for "the tick"
