I don't have it, but somebody where I work has that type of product on the front bra area of a Benz. (Don't know the brand.)

It's pre-cut and has about a 3/8" gap around the edges of the panels, so you can really see it up close. It may depend on the brand or the installer, but what I've seen looks like hell on body panels IMHO.

I am comsidering getting something like that (maybe 'Xpel') for my headlights ; it looks much better to me on the clear lenses.

I have owned multiple cars where I have had this done, Marauder had a respray on front end before I bought it, tempted to get it done shortly on it.

All comes down to the installer. I pay $250-500 for installation depending on complexity and panels covered (fender fronts, mirrors). Peeled it off my father Denali with 200k on it, not a chip in front of truck an headlamps looked mint.

well worth it, but get an EXCELLENT INSTALLER

I have a guy that does it for the BMW dealer near me. They want $795 for the front and mirrors
