Heat shields?
Have a friend start the car with your head under the hood and just start poking around. Theres hundreds of things on this car that can cause a "light metalic tinging sound"

Could be the A/C compressor clackin' noise all Panthers seem to get from time to time...?

Starter was part of problem replaced it today it covered up some of the noise it seems worse, almost like a bearing or something, will get a video up tomorrow. It only makes the noise if its the first time you start up fpr the day or if its sat for 3 or 4 hours.

Probably just one of the numerous #6203 bearings found in every idler, tensioner pulley, and Alternator front and rear..
Have you tried to start it without the belt on?

I have in my Marauder I think-lifter tick. It ticks or sounds like "marbles in a can" when I drive from 0-20. When I lay off the pedal, the clacking or ticking goes away. Before I rebuilt my engine, the chain tensioner wore out inside the engine because it's metal hitting metal. Over time the plastic material on the tensioner guide wears down. Then again, when i rebuilt the engine I had 198,000 miles on the car!
