Looks like we finally caught the ghost on the cell phone.

While I was at work Becky sent me these pictures. For a while our cats would look at the wall and sometimes move their heads like they were watching a fly. Yet, we would not be able to see anything, until tonight. Becky took a few pictures of the cats looking at nothing only to see a white image in the photo. In the second one you can see it on the ceiling to the right of the light.

If you look at the cats, you can see they are looking at something.

I do not know what to think or even to completely believe this.

We had a few other incidents in the house, usually in the bathroom. The latest ones were a spoon moving in the sink last week and the freezer door being opened when we returned home.

The ghost likes my record of Leadbelly, dating back to 1940. I am guessing the ghost is female because it keeps trying to scare Becky and leaves me alone... or sometimes actually responds positively to me. It's weird, but I am fine with it.

We might call someone or I can try getting a history of the building to find out if something happened here in the 1940s. Becky thinks the ghost is attached to me because we've had events like this in every other apartment we've lived in.

Still, even if the photos don't sell, we've had enough events where we are starting to believe the photos have some sort of connection to the events.

BTW the light in the hallway is a night light... the one to the upper right of the cat.

Strange, we had a similar happening. Hired paranormal investigators and after weeks of investigation it was determined that the cat was waiting for a light switch to feed it. Get a dog, much smarter.

I cannot say yes or no. The pictures seem iffy, but because of the activity around the house that's what makes them believable. I personally do not believe in anything until it's in my face.

I'm confused, but leaning more towards yes than no. Again, not certain.

Do the cats 'see' whatever it is during the day or night or both?

Edit: nevermind...just realized the first set of pics was at night and the last one was during the day...

Interesting pics, cats can and do, see and sense things that we sometimes can't see or hear. Yes, I do believe in that stuff, have had several of my own experiences with the "paranormal", same with a few family members.

I'd kinda lean towards something's going on. But then again I kinda believe in that crap but only because I experienced something pretty strange 2 different times.

Those shows on TV seem like at times they try and just throw stuff in there to keep the audience more interested which I don't really enjoy but I heard that the Ghost Hunters(iirc) actually spend a few days at least in most locations yet the show is just 1 night supposedly so they must take the best crap and condense it.

But I'd suggest maybe playing around with the simple stuff you can do yourself to try and see if something really's up there. Like how they do the EVP sessions because you got recording stuff I'm sure with playing music and just get the whole place quite and see what you come up with trying to communicate or trigger a reaction. Also do what they try and do and see if there's a strong electrical field or whatever in your place which may just be causing your body to act weird and these things happen but I don't think those being high have been attributed to making things appear in the camera like that that you don't see with your own eyes

I grew up in a house that the owner before us hung himself after killing his wife. He was a nice guy to me, we talked for hours. But remember my dog and turtle talk to me.
Had doors open and lights turn on and off. Cool spots in the house and stuff fall off of the wall.

From the experiences I've had, I believe they can follow you. Some are attached to a particular house, building, or place. Some become attached to a particular person, or seem to follow a particular person that had something to do with the place they were attached to. Also it can be that it was someone who knew you at some point, just wanting to make their presence known, or wanting to hang around you for one reason or another.

I'll explain the one that me and my parents experienced for a few years. We were living in Houston, dad worked for an electrical supply company. He got a job offer up here in Temple, within the same company, just a move up the ladder, at their location here, so we load up and move to Temple. Well, the position was available because the person who had the job before, had passed away, and it turns out, that he died at work, in his office. Dad gets his office, with the same desk and chair. All was good for a while, but then strange things began occurring. My parents used to go do the cleaning service at his work on the weekends, so I would go help them, and of course would go play in the warehouse, they had a basketball goal set up, punching bag, and pallet jacks that were fun as hell to ride around on. Anyway....I started noticing cold spots around that place, but ignored them for the most part, till my parents started noticing them too, we all just ignored it, it stayed this way for a while. One day, we were cleaning the front offices, they had plaques hanging across the back and side walls, a few of which had this guys name on them. My parents started talking about this guy, don't remember what they were saying just that they were talking about him. Shortly after they started talking about him, every plaque that had his name on it, fell off the wall.....only the ones with his name on them. None of us had touched the wall, we were cleaning desks in the middle of the office. Fast forward, a couple of weekends later, back at the offices cleaning up, dad was cleaning dust from a picture hanging on a side wall, mom was cleaning one of the desks, and they start talking about this guy again. Shortly after, a plastic coffee mug with a handle, full of pencils, flies off the desk....pencils hit dad in the back....he turns to mom and says why did you throw that at me....only to see her at a desk on the other side of the room....and the mug with the handle on it, rolling across the floor, from the desk behind where dad was standing. That's when we learned that things "happened" when you started talking about this guy who died up there. Apparently the guy got in the truck and followed dad a few times too, because strange things would happen at home as well. I remember them talking about rearranging dads office one day at home, and the ceiling light in the kitchen fell and shattered. Mom would have strange things happen as well, one day she heard a noise from the door leading into the garage, so she went to check it out. When she got there, the door knob was turning and jiggling, she just thought that I was in the garage and the door was locked and I was trying to get in. She opened the door, it wasn't locked, and nobody was on the other side, garage doors shut and garage was calm and quiet. There were a few more experiences related to this guy that I didn't mention, and long story short, they continued on for a while, however no one was ever harmed, we figure he just liked to make his presence known in a jokingly kind of way. They remodeled the entire office building a few years ago, all new desks, tore out walls, redid the entire place, and ever since then, those experiences related to that guy have stopped. I figure that old office building is what he was attached to, now that it's gone, he went with it.

I have more experiences that I can tell about as well, just tired of typing on this tiny ass phone! Let me know if you want to hear any more.

Dom, you said it's an old house? Old houses make lots of noises. Unless you actually hear a voice saying "Redrum!" or hissing "Get........out!", you're not haunted.

Growing up, my family had lots of cats and they can just plain be weird sometimes. Like staring at walls for no reason.

Try talking to him/her white its just you and the cats there.

Also there are some that follow you. I've read about some being being somewhat of a guardian if they like you or have connection. Weird?

Could be old family member. Maybe someone who likes your music. It's possible. Best way is to try to communicate let em know not to hide you're open to their presence and don't be nice to the wife if they have been bad etc ...

There are no noises guys. Just movements.

I don't know what the ghost likes about me. Maybe the ghost lived the era in pop culture I missed. I tell Becky to be nice. Sometimes if I see a sign it's ALWAYS when I put on something old. Something like Thunder Road on TV or an old record from the 50's or 40s.

I used to be skeptical, until last year when a good friends father died unexpectedly; extremely weird things started happening around his house for a few months after his death. Would make your hair rise on your neck...

Two nights ago was strange. Becky and I were watching War Of The Worlds from 1953 or 1956 and just as the movie started one of our books feel to the floor. We didn't think anything of it until Becky said "Do you like this one Liz?" Right after she said that another book feel from another shelf!

Liz is what we are calling the ghost.
